How to Use RESET: 14
Each action is intentionally brief and designed to stand on its own.
You’ll receive one email per day for 14 days, but how and when you complete them is entirely up to you.
You can:
• complete one per day
• do several in a week
• space them out over a month
• return to them whenever you choose
There is no “behind” and no correct pace.
RESET: 14 is about removal, not performance.
Use it in the way that supports your system best.
