Requirements & Important Details
Requires full Windows AutoCAD with Visual LISP/ActiveX. Developed to target AutoCAD 2002 and later; native AutoCAD compatibility testing is still required.
All prices start at zero and must be entered by the user. Sample prices are fictional, not verified local rates. Disposal calculations use one material stream and one selected billing rate per estimate.
This program is an estimating aid. Verify quantities, contractor quotes, disposal requirements, site conditions, and tax treatment before submitting a bid. Hazardous-material assessment, structural demolition planning, and engineering are outside its scope.
Plan the work. Account for cleanup. Include the hauling and disposal costs.
