Don’t let the end of winter mean the end of your knitting! This casual spring sweater is the perfect project to knit and wear when the weather gets warm. Worked in a lightweight yarn, it features simple details to make a basic tee something special: a keyhole neckline, cap sleeves, and a pleat at the back covering a bit of lace.

This sweater is knit in pieces from the bottom up and seamed. Lace instructions are charted. Sleeves are picked up around the armholes and shaped with short rows. The neckline is finished with applied I-cord. Have no fear if you’ve never knit a pleat before—full instructions are provided!

Many thanks to Plucky Knitter for their support, to my tech editor, Cait, and my test knitters for their valuable feedback, and to my lovely sister for modeling!
