Each puzzle is provided in the following varieties so you can set a level appropriate for your audience, or a couple at different levels:

You can but do not need to download all the files!

First download readme_first_letter.zip (USA) or readme_first_a4.zip (most other places). Extract the pdf files from that and read readme_first.pdf and using_the_puzzles.pdf. using_the_puzzles.pdf will tell you what the files are, so you'll be able to decide what you want to download.
