WARNING: intermediate level of fitness NOT BEGINNERS
This Chest and Triceps workout regimen will
- Improve performance
- Grow and BUILD the muscle
- Increase overall upper body strength
- Promote long term bone health
The 45 minute workout includes
- 9 Superset workouts
- Series of push-ups as well as machine usage at the gym
- 5 minute warm - up
- 10 minute Stretch (which can be used to prepare the muscle and after as a cool down.)
TIPS : Focus on a slow range of motion to increase intensity!
stretching is VERY important to prepare the muscle to endure the increased reps or weight so BE SURE to stretch BEFORE and AFTER your workout.
Hit this workout TWICE weekly for 3-6 weeks for best results.
Give each workout 2-3 days between for muscle recovery.
Be sure to take before and after photos to document your progress on your journey!
