Forgiveness is not easy but it is necessary. Its necessary for growth, prosperity and a healthy lifestyle. Forgiving someone is not saying that you agree with them or what they may have done to you, its simply saying that you will not allow what someone did to you to get in the way of being happy and moving forward.
