Negotiation is a very important part of SQE2 and is one that can easily be forgotten by candidates as it is not usually highlighted as being assessed when it is. So make sure to keep the principles of negotiation in your mind when sitting the relevant SQE2 exams.

This is a very short document (which is why you can download it for free!) and is simply some of the notes I used when preparing for negotiation within SQE2. Feel free to use or disregard if it doesn't suit your style of approaching negotiation in SQE2 - they are merely the resources I used when preparing for my exams. Please read the disclaimer below.
