Video Lesson: Work-life Balance vs Work-life Harmony

In this 60+ minute lesson for strong intermediate learners and up, learners will:

• engage with the topic of work-life balance and work-life harmony
• do a jigsaw task in which pairs watch videos about each concept
• work in pairs to fill in a summary outlining the differences between the two concepts
• participate in a "lexical buffet" where they have a chance to discuss the topic more deeply using phrases and collocations from the videos
• optionally as an extension: plan "A Day in the Life" by implementing tips from the videos into a daily plan
