A wonderful, informative recipe book!

This book has information I didn’t even know I needed! It gives you the how-to’s on baking bread with a variety of methods for off grid baking. I have tried Pam’s hamburger bun recipe and it was phenomenal! So I am confident I can make these recipes also. Thank you Pam! You are an inspiration!

There is so much valuable information in this book. The recipes are wonderful and you don’t need to be in a grid down situation to enjoy these! I think the next one I’ll purchase is 4 sisters book.

Fantastic Array of Recipes!

With each page, I thought, no way! The recipes are amazing and so many. The recipes are explained very professionally with beautiful photos. The explanations of the different grains nutrition are impressive and the book is written with love. This book even covers bread machine recipes. I can't wait to try them out. So many recipes and types of bread in one place, worth buying for sure.

I'm so thrilled!

I have been waiting for Pam to release this wonderful (one of MANY!) endeavor of hers. Just as I suspected, it is very in-depth but written and/or explained in a way that is easy to understand. I love watching all of her videos and have learned so much from both RoseRed Homestead and Trail Grazers channels. And now, I can't wait to dig in and learn how to perfect my breadmaking skills with this wonderful book!

Mrs.Cantrell, I was counting down the days ,so I could buy this bread book, I placed my order at 7:30am eastern time. Then I was hoping that my printer would work, would I have enough paper, ink, I had 7 sheets of paper left. I skimmed through it .
I WILL SAY THIS BOOK WAS VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT. THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THE GRAMS (ALONG WITH THE CUPS TO USE.) So helpful to those that don’t know that . THE degree in both C OR F. THEN YOU TOOK IT ONE STEP FURTHER, and talked about the different grains, and the nutrition facts about the grain.
