This class is approx. 1 hour. We will be focusing on a very effective way to heal your inner teen.

We will be having a conversation with them, and speaking to them as we wish we would have been talked to when we were younger.

We will be giving them a life map, and more clarity, in the way to navigate through the life of other people's trauma they were born into.

We will also be harnessing some of the angst and aggression, we had as teens, into making them a guardian for our now selves. This gives them a purpose and gives us a hell of a security system.

This class will also include one or more timeline healing journeys, along with alignment to most healed timeline.
