Every attendee receives complimentary access to the 21 Days to a Clearer Mind course (normally £21), so your journey continues long after the event.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 14 people to create an intimate, supportive environment where everyone feels seen, comfortable and able to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Once all spaces are filled, booking will close.

If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure, please consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Participation in contrast therapy is entirely optional.

Refund Policy

As this is a small, intimate event with limited spaces, all bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please let us know at least 48 hours before the event so we can update the attendee details.

In the unlikely event that Summer Soul Rest is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your booking to a future event.
