Tuukkalan Riipus Sweater

This design was inspired by the Tuukkala Pendant, an example of old Kalevala-based Finnish jewelry. It is knit seamlessly from the top down, with stranded colorwork worked from a chart. Originally published in Finland’s Kalevala X Novita knitting magazine, the pattern is now available in English.

NEEDLES

US 6 / 4 mm circular needle for body and sleeves. Sleeves are worked using magic loop technique, or with DPNs.

US 4 / 3,5 mm circular needle for ribbing.

Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.
