Google Form - Setting All Questions as Un/required

This is the code used to setup a menu in a Google Form's Response Spreadsheet to change all the questions to either required or not required.

This is really handy when you need to edit a form and/or it's submission coding so all required questions can be turned off and then reinstated once it is all tested.
