FORGE360 12-Weeks-Strength-Program (EN)
This 12-week strength program is designed to systematically increase maximal strength in the squat, bench press and deadlift while building the technical consistency and work capacity required for long-term progress.
The program is structured into clear training blocks, each with a specific purpose:
Accumulation Phase
The first block focuses on building volume, technical proficiency and structural resilience. Athletes will work with moderate intensities, higher total workload and controlled tempos to establish a strong base for heavier loading later in the program.
Intensification Phase
In the second block, training volume is gradually reduced while intensity increases. The focus shifts toward heavier loads, more specific strength work and improved neural efficiency, while maintaining movement quality and bar path consistency.
Deload Phase
A planned deload is included to reduce accumulated fatigue, allow full recovery and prepare the athlete for peak performance in the final phase. Volume and intensity are intentionally lowered without removing key movement patterns.
Peaking / Testing Phase
The final block is designed to express strength. Volume is minimal, intensity is high and training stress is tightly controlled to allow athletes to peak and test new maxes or rep PRs with confidence.
