Black & white mosaic of Cristina D'Avena.

There are two instructions files: FRAME and BASEPLATE.

FRAME version is more expensive but is ready to hang to your wall.

This version is simpler than my MOC because using only 1x1 round tiles.

They assure a smoother building experience.

Assure also to have a brick separator to correct mistakes!

SOME BACKSTAGE

Cristina D'Avena is an Italian singer and actress.

I have built a mosaic for her, so I have my copy signed and another hanging in her house.

I started from her photo, cropped, resized and converted in grayscale.

Then printed and used as a template, with variations to make nicer details.

Mosaico in bianco e nero di Cristina D'Avena.

Ci sono due versioni delle istruzioni: FRAME e BASEPLATE.

FRAME ha più pezzi (cornice e base) ma è pronta da appendere al muro.

BASEPLATE viene costruita su una sola baseplate 48x48

Con le istruzioni si costruisce una versione semplificata della mia MOC usando solo tiles rotondi 1x1, che permettono una migliore esperienza di costruzione.

Assicuratevi di avere a portata di mano anche un separatore per correggere gli errori!

UN PO' DI STORIA

Cristina D'Avena è una cantante ed attrice italiana.

Ho deciso di costruire un mosaico per lei in due copie, così ho la mia firmata che espongo agli eventi e l'altra è appesa a casa sua.

Sono partito da una sua foto che ho ritagliato, rimpicciolito e convertito in scala di grigi.

L'ho stampata alla dimensione della baseplate e l'ho usata come guida, modificando i dettagli per migliorare il risultato finale.
