Baking is probably the most challenging thing to prepare when you have a vegan, gluten-free, low-fat diet and especially when you follow the recommendations of Anthony William the Medical Medium. Despite everything, if this is not what prevails in this diet, it is always comforting to be able to treat yourself from time to time or on special occasions. This is why I have concocted a whole bunch of recipes for you trying to imitate the treasures of baking and pastry as faithfully as possible with healthy ingredients!
This course consists of quick videos (Approximately 1 min per video to quickly understand the steps of the recipe) as well as a companion ebook with written recipes and photos. Usually I only create the ebook but for this project I wanted to make the recipes easier to make by also providing the instructions in videos.
This course is baking: rolls, milk breads, foccacia, sandwiches, rusks, pretzel, Naans, Pizza as well as pastry: brownie, muffins, pie, custard, biscuit, as well as useful ingredients like margarine, vegan cheeze and what I call nochoco which is fake chocolate (cocoa is not a healthy ingredient cf. Anthony William).
All recipes are vegan, gluten-free, sometimes fat-free or with a little fat. I mainly use oats and occasionally brown rice for 2 recipes. The fat most used when it is used is coconut oil or coconut cream/milk.
In the bakery section, only the milk rolls contain a little fat. In the pastry section, nochoco contains fat as do the recipes containing it except the spread. Fat for other recipes is sometimes an option. Unless you eat more than one serving for the fattest recipe, you will not exceed the amount of fat found in an avocado with the recipes in this course. Also knowing that coconut is a so-called “healing” food according to Anthony William.
