What is this practice?
This is an integrative, body-centered experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, physical awareness, and whole-person well-being.
Rather than following a predetermined routine, every experience unfolds in real time—responding to your body, your breath, and what naturally presents itself in the moment.
No two experiences are exactly alike because no two people are.
Do I need to have something “wrong” to book?
Not at all.
Many people choose this work because they want to feel more connected, move with greater ease, create space to slow down, or support their overall well-being.
You don’t have to wait until you’re overwhelmed, uncomfortable, or navigating a difficult season to receive intentional care.
Many people include experiences like these as part of an ongoing commitment to themselves.
What happens during an experience?
Every experience begins with a brief conversation about how you’re arriving and what you’d like to create space for.
From there, the experience unfolds naturally and may include movement, assisted stretching, breath awareness, meditation, touch, guided relaxation, sound, stillness, or other complementary practices.
Everything is offered with clear communication, informed consent, and respect for your comfort throughout the experience.
Will I be clothed?
Yes.
Experiences are primarily received fully clothed, so I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
If access to a specific area of the body would be beneficial, it will always be discussed beforehand and approached with your full knowledge, comfort, and consent. You are always welcome to ask questions, decline any technique, or request adjustments at any time.
How long does an experience last?
Offerings range from approximately 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the experience you choose.
Because each experience is responsive rather than scripted, timing may vary slightly to allow space for a natural beginning, middle, and completion.
Where do experiences take place?
Experiences are available by appointment throughout the year.
Depending on your location and the nature of your booking, they may take place in a private office, wellness studio, private residence, hotel, retreat setting, or another mutually agreed-upon location.
Travel, residencies, and hosted experiences are offered throughout the year and announced as they become available.
All location details are confirmed during the booking process.
How do I know which offering is right for me?

For direct bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time, with the remaining balance due before or at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
Can I reschedule?
Absolutely.
Life happens.
If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Requests are accommodated whenever availability allows and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Is this massage therapy?
No.
Although hands-on techniques may be incorporated, this is not massage therapy and is not offered as a licensed massage service.
My work is an integrative approach to spiritual care and body-based support that draws from multiple complementary disciplines rather than any single modality.
What is your background?
My work is informed by decades of professional experience serving individuals, families, healthcare professionals, organizations, and communities.
I am a Licensed Therapeutic Minister with training in Somaveda Thai Yoga Therapy, Traditional Clinical Reflexology, Reiki, and complementary mind-body practices.
Equally important are the years I’ve spent working in behavioral health, hospitality, community care, wellness, and creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen.
Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
No.
This work is offered as complementary spiritual care and body-based support.
It is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace licensed medical, psychological, or mental health care.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or mental health concern, I encourage you to work with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional. When appropriate, complementary wellness practices and conventional healthcare can work alongside one another in supporting your overall well-being.
Is this work religious?
No.
While I am a Licensed Therapeutic Minister and my work honors the whole person—including the spiritual dimension of life—these experiences are not tied to any particular religion, denomination, or belief system.
People from all backgrounds, cultures, and faith traditions (including those with no religious affiliation) are welcome.
What should I bring?
Simply bring yourself, bottle water, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
If there is anything specific that would enhance your experience, I’ll let you know before your appointment.
What if I’ve never experienced anything like this before?
Perfect.
Many people arrive with curiosity rather than certainty. You don’t need prior experience with bodywork, meditation, Reiki, sound, or any complementary practice.
You don’t need to know the right words or have a particular goal.
Simply come as you are.
We’ll begin with a conversation, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and create the experience together with openness, communication, and respect.
What if I become emotional during an experience?
It’s completely okay.
Our bodies and nervous systems hold the imprint of our lived experiences in many different ways. As we slow down, breathe, and create space to reconnect, some people experience emotions such as laughter, tears, relief, gratitude, or a deep sense of peace.
Others simply become aware of how much they’ve been carrying.
There is no “right” way to experience this work.
Nothing needs to be forced, explained, or fixed. Every response is welcomed with compassion, presence, and respect.
What if I need to use the restroom, take a break, or my body begins releasing?
Please listen to your body.
You are always welcome to pause, use the restroom, get a drink of water, stretch, change positions, or communicate what you’re experiencing.
Sometimes people notice increased thirst, deeper breathing, changes in body temperature, emotional release, digestive activity, or a desire to rest afterward.
Everyone’s experience is unique.
Your comfort, dignity, and sense of safety are always more important than “pushing through” an experience.
What do you mean by “release” or “purging”?
People use different words to describe what they notice during or after body-centered work.
For some, “release” simply means letting go of physical tension. For others, it may feel like a deep exhale, an emotional shift, increased relaxation, unexpected insight, or a greater sense of clarity and connection.
Some traditions describe these experiences as the body releasing what is no longer serving it. Modern research continues to explore the relationships between the nervous system, stress, emotions, and physical well-being. While everyone’s experience is different, my role is not to interpret or define what your body is doing, but to create a supportive environment where you can notice, respond to, and honor your own experience.
Do I have to believe in energy work for this to be beneficial?
No.
People come to this work from many different backgrounds, belief systems, and life experiences. Some connect most deeply with the physical aspects of movement and touch. Others appreciate the meditative, emotional, or spiritual dimensions.
You don’t need to adopt any particular philosophy or belief system to receive this work.
Simply arrive with curiosity, communicate openly, and allow yourself to experience it in whatever way feels authentic to you.
