Also a month-by-month spending chart, spending by category, quick stats (average fuel price, service cost per month, biggest bill), the full service schedule sorted most urgent first, and every vehicle side by side.

• Service Log: up to 500 jobs (date, vehicle, odometer, service, cost, shop, notes). The category fills in by itself, and a Check column flags rows with something missing.

• Fuel Log: up to 600 fill-ups. Price per gallon, distance and fuel economy are calculated between full tanks, so partial fills don't skew the numbers.

• Schedule: up to 60 recurring jobs. Set "every X miles", "every Y months" or both (whichever comes first). It finds the last time each job was done and shows the next due mileage and date, what's left, and a status: Overdue, Due soon, OK or No record.

• Service History: a dated record of every job for one vehicle, oldest first, with plate, VIN, odometer and total spent. Print it or save it as a PDF when you sell, file a warranty claim or visit a new mechanic.

• Vehicles: up to 6 cars, trucks or motorcycles, with odometer, distance tracked, service and fuel costs, total cost, cost per mile, spending this year, average fuel economy and renewal dates.
