Healing Woman, Healing Land

In ancient Celtic Grail lore, a priestess is her land. She feels it. She is, in a sense, one with it.

In Goddess consciousness, body and land are experienced as divinity. A land is not just made of stones and soil and water. A land is a sentient being. To know this is to know the divinity within the land, otherwise known as her sacred immanence.

To be a daughter of the land is to become that land. Through subtle but powerful practice and art form, a sacred immanence holder becomes a mirror of the land's soul.

Places inhabit us, as we inhabit them.

This is why colonisation is such a profound and primal wound — because it's a loss of consciousness of this relationship. Both colonisation of the earthen womb and prostitution of woman’s wombs are mirrored wounds. One is a wound to the earthen womb and one is wound to women’s wombs.

This earth is a land of sacred, sensual immanence.

Healing the wounds of colonisation on our sacred lands and repairing our relationship to Earth as Goddess begins with healing the sexual wounds in women.

This is a healing journey from fallen to divine eros.
