Where does the guarantee come from?

My job isn't done until you have the result you want, within reason. We will discuss expectations of a 12-15 month program, and my job is to get you that outcome, guaranteed. This is a team effort. Once expectations are clear, we go to work and get you that result.


What metrics will I need to track to show my commitment?

Weekly tracking will be required, when notified by the coach. Monthly or weekly metrics will also be sent to the coach - on time - as well as adhering to any feedback forms that the coach may need to do his job for you. Checking off potential corrective exercise sessions will also be tracked, to make sure the client is following through on these important sessions.


Will I be able to live a balanced life?

Of course. The goal is to use this program as a way to navigate the real world, holidays, trips and all other aspects of life. But this doesn't just happen right away. There will be sacrifice required to build the initial habits required to see the outcome we want. This doesn't happen if we think 'balance' means eat poorly or skip practices that nurture our health.


Balance doesn't mean that you're on a strict script, rather, it's about finding ways to still be social, engage in activities with loved ones, but in a manner that promotes the health and physique we're after.


A great result doesn't happen by accident. Remember, this is a RESET. A total reset of habits, decision making and committing to an improved version of yourself.
