70 high-protein recipes, one per page. Photo, protein and calories, ingredients, method. Nothing else in the way.

Seventy recipes I cook at home, written down the way I actually make them: the exact macros per serving, the ingredients in a list you can shop from, and the method in the order you cook it. No filler, no twenty-step recipes that take an evening.

WHAT IS INSIDE

  • 70 recipes, one per page. 84 pages.
  • 50 of the 70 clear 30 g of protein a serving. 19 clear 50 g.
  • Calories, protein, carbs and fat printed on 68 of them. The two without numbers have none on purpose, I did not guess.
  • Chicken 16, beef and lamb 37, seafood 8, eggs and vegetables 3, and six sweet fixes that still carry protein.
  • Real supermarket ingredients. Nothing that needs a specialty store.

WHAT IT IS NOT

A diet plan. A meal-prep schedule. A French edition.

It is a PDF, 84 pages. Phone, tablet or printer. One download, no app, no subscription.

ON THE NUMBERS

The macros are worked out from the quantities written in each recipe and checked against USDA food data. Close enough to plan around, not a lab measurement. Where I could not work a number out honestly, the page has no number on it.

QUESTIONS

Is it a physical book? No, a PDF you download straight after paying. Does every recipe have times? Only the six I actually timed. The rest I cook by eye, so those pages are method only. Can I cook for one? Yes. The quantities are written per recipe and the numbers are per serving. Is it in French? English. A French version if enough people ask.
