Coffee Care is mental health coaching designed to feel like sitting down with someone who genuinely gets it. This is not a clinical session, but a real conversation with structure and care behind it. This is coaching, not therapy. We're not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Instead, we're building support, clarity, and steadiness together.
What You'll Receive:
A dedicated space, once a week (or however you structure the cadence), to talk through what's actually going on. This may look like stress, overwhelm, transitions, or the mental load of daily life. You'll leave each session with a little more clarity than you came in with, and practical, doable next steps rather than vague encouragement.
