Plan your bills between paydays—even when household income varies.

Built for households balancing take-home W-2 pay with variable income, this Excel planner helps answer: Can I cover my bills before my next payday? Where could cash run short? What can I set aside for irregular expenses?

$19 one-time • Desktop Excel required • Digital download after successful checkout • Product support; limited refunds

WHAT YOU GET

Clean Excel workbook, fictional sample workbook, and step-by-step customer guide, delivered in one ZIP file.

NINE CONNECTED WORKSHEETS

Start Here, Setup, Cash Summary, Income, Bills and Spending, 90 Day Forecast, Monthly Budget, Savings Goals, and Monthly Review.

Track expected paydays and bills, replace plans with actual receipts and payments, see daily cash shortfalls, compare low/expected/higher monthly income scenarios, and set savings targets. Earmarked savings are separated from unallocated cash rather than counted as extra money.

GETTING STARTED

Download and unzip the package. Explore the sample, read the guide, then set your opening household cash and forecast date in the clean workbook. Enter every expected bill and payday for the next 90 days. Recurring bills are entered manually.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What software do I need?

Desktop Microsoft Excel. Tiffany confirmed desktop operation on October 6, 2026. Excel is not included. Google Sheets, mobile Excel and Excel for the web are not verified.

How do I include side-hustle income?

Use household-available owner pay transferred from your business, not gross business sales. This planner complements the separately sold Side Hustle Money Command Center.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. Enter dates, amounts and payment status yourself. No macros, automatic recurring payments or bank connection. Formula cells are not locked; keep backups.

How are credit cards and savings treated?

This is a cash-payment planner. Record card repayments without also counting financed purchases as cash payments. Transfers between included accounts are excluded. Savings earmarks must already be part of opening cash; monthly allocations are targets, not automatic payments.

What are the limits?

One household, USD; 200 income rows, 300 bill/spending rows, 15 savings goals and a 90-day forecast. Same-day totals do not show whether a bill posts before a paycheck. The sample schedule is illustrative, not a complete household forecast. Forecasts depend on complete entries and realistic assumptions.
