This service provides minor customization of an existing house plan you’ve purchased. Adjustments include room layout tweaks, wall or window repositioning, and concept-level refinements. Work is limited to concept adjustments only—no construction, permit, or detailed engineering drawings. Each purchase covers up to 1 hour of work, with additional time available by purchasing extra time blocks.
If you’ve purchased one of our house plans and need it customized to fit your plot dimensions, setbacks, or height regulations, we offer a tailored consultation service to adapt the design perfectly to your site.
