Sandborn Crown Issue One is a tragic fantasy comic about a young albino girl searching for home in a world shaped by fear, superstition, and impossible dreams.

In certain parts of Africa, dangerous myths drive hunters to pursue albino people, believing their flesh holds magical power. Forced to flee from camp to camp with her family, a young girl dreams of a radiant world beyond fear—a place of glowing towers, fairy wings, and permanent belonging. But when the hunters finally find her family, survival pushes her into the desert, toward a mysterious stone buried beneath the sand.

What she discovers is beautiful, magical, and seemingly everything she ever wanted. Yet Sandborn Crown asks a painful question: is a dream still home if the people who truly loved you are gone?

Blending dark fairy-tale tragedy, African fantasy, emotional coming-of-age themes, and haunting reflections on love, grief, ignorance, and identity, Sandborn Crown Issue One is a visually rich story about the difference between being valued for what you carry and being loved for who you are.
