Bookshelf Paper Pieced Pattern

Many of us who love quilting seem to love reading too. I've been a bookworm since I learnt to read as a child. I designed this block sometime back now - it's perfect for some fussycutting and you can use selvedges for the book titles - or try out those embroidery stitches on your machine. You can also find a companion block to make an open book.  ;) This pattern makes a 10" block.

Included in the pattern: Assembly instructions, colouring sheet and full sized templates with a quarter inch seam allowance already added. There are no Y-seams in this pattern (or in any of my patterns).

Foundation paper piecing instructions are not included, but you can find tutorials on my website at quietplaydesigns.com. It is recommended that you print the pattern at "Actual Size" and with no scaling. There are also printing hints & tips on my website.
