Glittering Path is a celebration of the little treasures that cross our path every day. Worked over 3 panels this semi-circular shawl combines a relaxing stroll through stockinette side sections with a wide, glittering path of lace and beads trailing down to the border in the centre section. Complementary lace patterns ramble alongside the main lace motif, and all three sections lead to a sparkling destination along the border of the shawl. This shawl is best worked in a smooth and luxurious fingering weight yarn (perhaps, with a little silken sheen)
Skills / Techniques Used: Knit, purl, increases, decreases, lacework, beading
Sizes: One size
Measurements: The finished blocked item measures 62” (157cm) wingspan and 24” (61cm) depth
Materials
The pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit. Video tutorials for various techniques used in the shawl are also provided in the pattern.
