Before your session you'll fill out a short intake form — about five minutes, and mostly about you rather than your athlete — and you'll get a prep checklist telling you what to have ready. Both are linked in the same Next Steps PDF. Please complete the form at least 48 hours before we meet. If you have not completed your intake form at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, it will be canceled and you will need to select a new time once you have submitted your intake form.

Refund and rescheduling policy: all sales are final. To reschedule, cancel from your booking confirmation and pick a new time at least 24 hours before your session. A session missed without notice is not refunded or rescheduled.
