I have been teaching parents since 2013 and through workshops, baby classes, 1-1s and my own three children I know there is never a one size fits all when it comes to babies.
I will give you all the information you need, in bite sized chunks, so you can do things in a way that works best for you. I am not telling you a specific way to do this but helping you make sense of all the noise around solid foods so you can make an informed choice for your family. No rigid routines or set days to introduce foods, just freedom to do it your way.
