WAIS-5 AutoScoring Template - American/English Norms

A quick way to score the WAIS-5 (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale - Fifth Edition). All you have to do is enter in the dates and subtest raw scores into the yellow cells after administering the test and the easy to use excel form will automatically fill in the Scaled scores, Composite scores, comparisons, strengths/weaknesses, base rates and create three graphs describing the test results. Included is one spreadsheet with four tabs (one for subtest raw scores and primary analysis, one for process analysis, one for ancillary analysis and one for graphs). This AutoScoring template uses American norms only and does not include any test materials. The template should only be used by mental health and medical professionals with at least some experience scoring the WAIS-5.
