Synopsis...

Lilly, a rich, divorced, London socialite planned to spend the holidays alone, but fate had other plans. At nightfall, a policeman knocked on her door, alerting her that there was a shoplifter hiding out in her neighborhood. He was a young vagrant who’d lifted some food and a bottle of Scotch. The officer told Lilly to keep her doors locked and an eye open for the suspect.

Investigating a noise in the alley behind her home later, she discovers a handsome man seeking warm from the harsh, London weather. The bottle of Scotch he gripped in his hand let her know he was the shoplifter the police was looking for. He was obviously harmless. Judging by his clothing Lily figured he was just down on his luck. The poor guy didn’t even have a winter coat.

Lily instantly felt sorry for him. She hated the idea of him spending the holidays in jail. So, she invited him in for food, clothing and shelter. After talking with him she discovered they had something in common. Both were alone and starving for companionship. It was only natural the two would seek comfort and warmth in each other’s arms.
