The Steward: A 30 Day Stewardship Practice + Live Mentorship Experience
Enrolment is open!
Where We Are:
We are living through a crisis of attention, responsibility and care, not only as private struggles but as systemic failures. The extractive logic that shapes our institutions, economies, and cultures is producing harm at scale. You know this. Most of us feel it daily.
The question is not whether things need to change, it's whether we feel equipped to take seriously what change actually requires of us, of the systems we inhabit, and of the way we use our time and attention.
You're here because you're willing to step forward, even if the new way is still emerging...
Where We Go From Here:
This is where stewardship, at both a personal level, and a civilisational one, comes into play. Stewardship is the antithesis of extractive, power-driven values - it is the act of caring for and responsibly managing, something entrusted to us. The idea is that whatever we tend to, it is better off for having been in our care, becoming more whole, healed, and sustainable.
In the 30 Day Stewardship Practice, you will learn to become a Steward of your time, attention, the resources you need to thrive and your most meaningful relationships. Part of the process is reclaiming these from systems that profit by extracting them from you.
Together, one day at a time, in this chosen space and time, we will create the conditions where a different way of being and acting becomes not just imaginable, but practised.
If you've felt the cost of the current way - in your work, your creativity, your sense of what you're actually here to do - then this 30 day practice is for you.
One question you may have: "is this just for people already into stewardship?" Not at all.
It's for anyone who feels the gap between the values they've inherited (unceasing hustle, relentless optimisation, constant accumulation) and the values they actually want to live by (care, attention, depth, agency).
You don't need to fully know what stewardship is - you just need to be ready to practice something different. Once you experience the month-long journey, that is when you will be able to articulate for yourself, what this new paradigm has allowed you to reclaim in your own life.
What you get:
- 30 Daily Notes via email, each with one stewardship re-frame, one practice and one reflective question
- A recorded Contemplation at the end of each week, reflecting on the respective weekly theme
- A 45min Live Group Calibration Call (x4) each Sunday 7pm GMT for anyone who would like to join, to connect with fellow practitioners and to share reflections and observations
- A Special Guest Interview, with someone I deeply admire who is similarly questioning the status quo and will share their own practices as they forge a new path (guest to be revealed in session)
- Bonus: A Stewardship Map (PDF) to be used as a companion to help along the journey, as you need, complementing this Practice
Areas of Focus:
- Week 1: Stewarding Attention
Gain a better understanding of what you are actually attending to, what fractures your focus, and what it would mean to reclaim your attention.
- Week 2: Stewarding Materials
Establish a new relationship with what you already have, discern what in your life deserves care, and understand the hidden impacts of 'new' upon our internal, and external state of being.
- Week 3: Stewarding Time
Re-engage with time on your terms, by understanding who owns your hours, what requires slowness, and what are you refusing when you choose a different pace.
- Week 4: Stewarding Relationships
Learn to see the deeper connections that weave across your life, and reflect on how you tend to those, asking what enriches vs. extracts and what does care look like across years, not moments.
- Week 5: Integration
At the end of the programme we ask, what now? What do I leave behind, what continues and what am I seeking to bring in?
Who this is for: People who already know the current paradigms are breaking, that consumption alone is no longer fulfilling, and want to build a practice to navigate what comes next.
About your guide, Hardeep:
Hardeep is a language-driven systems builder and guide, working at the intersection of language, form, and energy. Her life’s work is rooted in stewardship and contemplation - exploring how we can relate more intentionally to time, creativity, and responsibility in a world shaped by speed and extraction. Through her studio - per se - she combines design, narrative, and systems thinking to cultivate structures that support a more intentional way of living and working. She works across individual and collective scales. Through the Architecture of Contemplation, her contemplative transmissions and immersive experiences offer attunement and insight, acting as catalysts for inner alignment. She is also the founder of Age of the Steward, a social impact incubator mobilising action toward planetary flourishing.
What this isn't: An online course. This is much more personal, embodied and collaborative - you'll be with fellow humans who similarly feel mainstream culture is depleting us, and know a different way is possible.
What this is: A daily practice, for 30 days
Starts: Apr 27 2026
Limited: 10 spaces round one
Once you make the booking, I will email with all links and access points, so you know where to find everything you need. Please use an email address for the booking, that you use for your main communications, so nothing gets lost in cyberspace.
This programme is a commitment to step out of structures that are no longer serving your needs, and to step into a new paradigm. Committing fully to the 30 day programme is choosing to be more present in your life, reclaiming time and attention, and directing it to exactly what matters to you.
You are invited to take everything shared in this 30 Day Stewardship Practice, and let it live as an evergreen resource for you to return to indefinitely. As you evolve and expand in your capacity to steward your life, the practice will deepen and you will find new internal sources of energy, joy, connection and meaning, to navigate whatever comes next.
I so look forward to going on this journey with you.
Always,
H
