My History

This is the work of over 13 years of experiments and trials and errors that I have been trying to increase my height in my legs... and I am glad to say that I finally found something that actually works.

How does it work?

When we exercise or put stress on the bones the microscopic cracks are formed in the bone they are called microfractures. They are formed when the bone is not used too the stress in order for it to adapt to the stress bone heals these tiny fractures and becomes stronger to handle the stress... once the bone is adapted you will no longer create the micro fractures...

Just like muscles bones are living organ system  which continuously adjusting and adapting to the stress.

Note: This process is happening all throughout the day Osteoblast and osteoclast are the two main cells participating in those progresses. Osteoclasts are responsible for aged bone resorption and osteoblasts are responsible for new bone formation

Types of Microfractures

TYPE 1 : These cause the long bones to grow thicker as the Microfractures happen on the outside part.


TYPE 2 : These causes the bone to form protective shield in case of bone smashing.


TYPE 3 : These are the Microfractures that happen within the bone itself because bone is not mechanically designed for this motion as its not "natural" and this causes bone to grow in all directions ...(long bones will grow more long than wide because surface area for growing longer is much more than growing wide).


We will focus on TYPE 3 Microfractures in this course.
