CEREC Block STL size A14, A16, I12, C14, B40L, B55 CT-40, A14

Print CEREC size A14S/L, A16S/L, I12, C14, B40L, B55 and CT-40 blocks for temporaries.

Assuming $580/L, each I12 block costs about $1.50 (see photos)

1) Print vertically with block flat on the buildplate (see photo)

2) Light cure in appropriate curing chamber

3) Insert into MCXL or Primemill and mill as composite block (eg. Lava Ultimate 12 or 14) or VITA CAD-Temp CT-40 or TelioCAD B40L for the bridge blocks

4) Can also print just the block to save resin, and glue to original metal holders. Blocks are slightly indexed to help with proper alignment.

Note: The STL block dimensions are accurate. Depending on the accuracy of your resin/printer combo, you may need to adjust exposure or scale the STL to fit into the milling chuck. I recommend printing and curing a test block and checking that it fits into your mill before batch printing.
