Once we've established a focus for the meditation we will set a date to do so. The meditation will take place on Teams or similar, at a time that suits both of us.
The personal guided meditation will take approximately 20-30 minutes with a greet before and a chat afterwards. So allow approximately one hour.
The meditation itself will be recorded and sent to you for you to use time and time again as you need it.
You get to choose!
Anything from connecting with spirit guides, to releasing fears and worries, to creating peace within your mind, we can cover pretty much all topics.
It's best if it's just one topic or focus to ensure it's effective. You can also request a certain setting if you have a strong preference and for me to bring in certain aspects. Just let me know.
