Postured 12-Month Application Form

There is a posture required for growth.

A posture of humility.

A posture of surrender.

A posture of obedience and intentional becoming.

POSTURED is a free, 12-month discipleship program for Christian women 18 and up who sense the Lord calling them deeper spiritually, personally, and in their daily walk. This is not a program for spectators or casual interest. It is for women who are willing to be formed through discipleship, accountability, and sacred community.

This discipleship experience is exclusive and intentionally limited to 15 women to ensure depth, care, and meaningful transformation.

What POSTURED Is:

• A safe and nurturing space grounded in Christ

• A rigorous and intentional discipleship journey

• A place to develop spiritual maturity, personal responsibility, and clarity of identity

• A commitment to growth that produces fruit, not just inspiration

What the Commitment Requires:

• 12-month participation

• Monthly 60-minute mentorship gatherings

• Completion of assigned reflections or practices

• Willingness to be accountable, teachable, and present

• Consistency—this is not a come-and-go experience

While this mentorship is offered free of charge, it is not free of responsibility. The cost is your yes, your time, your obedience, and your willingness to be shaped.
