Good to know
- The rates are free from the Government of Alberta's open data portal. You're paying for the cleaning (18 yearly workbooks merged, consistent names across renames, units in every column) and the ready-made calculator.
- Results are estimates from general rates. They exclude separate-school rates, seniors-lodge and other requisitions, local improvement charges and rebates. 2026 is still filling in (305 of 330 bylaws). Always confirm with your municipality.
- No personal information. The data is rates per municipality only.
- Instant digital download (ZIP).
