My Story

As a busy husband and father, I found it extremely difficult to stay consistent with both my workouts and my diet. But through 17 years of weight training and learning the ins and outs of nutrition, I was able to build a sustainable, balanced lifestyle without sacrificing time with my kids. I did this by prioritizing small but effective changes over time — shorter, efficient workouts and incorporating tasty, nutritious, easy-to-make meals that helped me look and feel better.
