♡ This was co-created by Be Neurokind and Chloe from Chloe me Just me. Chloe at the time of creating these resources was 16 years old and ever since she was 7 she has been advocating for positive mental health and self image and raising awareness for PDA (Pathological Demand avoidance) Autism, ADHD, PTSD and Tourettes through her social media channels, charity work and working with individuals, businesses and authors.

I am Tracey (her mum) and I am also a carer, was her home educator and a community organiser I have aided Chloe in her pursuit to spread awareness and understanding and have also worked with neurodiverse children and those with anxieties within the home education community. Now I have set up The Be Neurokind I still want to help others by making sure there are accessible resources that are affordable.

♡ We have utilised our knowledge, what we practice and what we have learned into helpful happy printable’s that can aid young individuals.

♡ The PDA/Autism/Anxiety Demand cards is the type of visual aids we wished was available to us and we hope what we have learned and adapted can be passed on to others. 

♡ These card printable's are aimed at young individuals (some may need to work with parents dependant on reading and writing ability) but also can aid adults . These cards are aimed to help individuals understand their PDA, Autism or anxieties and what they perceive as a demand, giving them a useful tool to recognise triggers and regulation activities they can practice and also use as a communication tool to help others also understand. 

Teachers, therapists and counsellors may wish to use these resources for their work. but please do not sell the resources these can only be used within your practice as an aid.
