If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Please contact us right away if you're ever unsatisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine the eligibility of refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are prohibited once services (i.e., assessment or coaching sessions) have begun.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed your purchase, you'll be able to schedule your onboarding interview online.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
