All files in my shop are okay to used for both Personal and Commercial use (if not trademarked). You are allowed to use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or for sale. This includes apparel, cups, tote bags, signs, etc.

You MAY create your own file using cliparts as long as you cover/overlap slightly so it’s not easily clipped from your design.
