This book (PDF on DVD) contains one hundred twenty-three HO scale slot car track layout plans. All of these layouts will fit in a 4 foot by 8 foot area. These layouts are designed for Tyco / Mattel track sections. All of these layouts can be built with any Aurora track version, but will not use the full range of curve options available.
Special notice to Marchon track users, Marchon did not follow naming standards when marking the tracks they made. Marchon calls a 9" radius 1/4 circle curve track a 12" curve, they also call a 9" radius 1/8 circle curve a 6" straight. Marchon did not make a 6 or 12 inch radius curve all of their curves including banks are 9" radius.
This book is divided into the following 5 Chapters.
Chapter 1 includes: 32 2-Lane slot car track layouts that can be built using Marchon, MicroScalectric, and 8 that can be built with Life-Like.
Chapter 2 includes: 20 2-Lane slot car track layouts using Banked Curve sections. 6 of which can be built with Marchon and MicroScalextric.
Chapter 3 includes: 48 2-Lane slot car track layouts using 12" radius 1/8 circle curve track sections.
Chapter 4 includes: 23 4-Lane slot car track layouts.
Chapter 5 includes: Options and techniques for wiring HO slot car layouts, including how to alter factory common ground terminal tracks to isolated ground for better performance of your vehicles on the layouts.

30 pieces of 9" radius 1/8 circle curve track sections
16 pieces of 9" radius 1/8 circle curve track sections

This book was written by Jerome A Lepinski, who is Webmaster for www.modelmotorist.com, www.jsquaredinc.com and Manufacturing Engineer for J Squared Inc. Each layout design in this book was created using Three Dimensional Computer Aided Design Software with a tolerance setting of 0.0001 inch, to ensure proper assembly. Each Layout has a list of all of the track sections needed to do that layout. Each Layout include the length of the layout in 1:1, 1:64, and 1:87 scale feet.
The layouts in this book do not use any of our HOTrack products, although future books may.
This book will save you a lot of time if you like to change your layouts frequently or just
every once in a while. So many layouts to choose from, all together in one easy to use book.
