Feelings overview, cards and descriptions

Does your family have a kid with big feelings? This is a pack of feelings cards with descriptors for cutting out and laminating, and an overview of all the feelings that can be laminated and hung up.

The feelings cards are our everyday tool. When our feelings are big, your child can use these cards to help name what's happening and to choose what they need (quiet time, movement, a cuddle, breathing, or another kind of help).

The goal for this resource is for your child to use the emotion cards and co-regulation strategies to communicate their feelings and calm down when they are upset.
