This is a 12-Week Progressive Strength Program that can be performed with The Home Golf Fitness Packagea set of mini-bands, and yoga mat. If you have access to dumbbells and a bench there are options for them as well.

  • 40-55 minute workouts
  • Gym or No-Gym Options
  • Videos & Descriptions of all exercises
  • Three Progressive 4-Week Phases of Workouts (2, 3, or 4 day a week options)
