Personal Hygiene Lesson Resources.

Very flexible to enable you to use to suit your student needs and abilities and adapt to the style of lesson you wish to deliver.

These resources have been used successfully with students from 8 years to teens.

Mainstream and special educational needs.

• Question Cards: Laminate and cut out. Use them to encourage group discussion / small group work / write down individual answers etc.
• Task Cards: To research, write down and do such as: Look up images of gum disease / time yourselves cleaning your teeth for 2 minutes (small groups).
• Real Picture Task Cards: Describe what you think is going on in the pictures.
• Make a plan worksheet: Write down your morning and evening hygiene tasks.
• Visual hand washing steps: Students to follow as an activity.
• Visual teeth cleaning steps: Student to follow as an activity.
• Shower steps worksheet.
