Someone important to you has died. And somehow, life continues.

Holding Grief was created for the space between those two realities. This is not a journal that asks you to complete stages of grief, find closure or turn your loss into a lesson. It is a gentle reflective companion for the days when you have words, the days when you do not, and the days when grief and life sit beside each other.

Across eight gentle movements, you are invited to make room for what you are carrying, remember the person you love, give space to things left unsaid, notice how life has changed, consider what you may need, and hold the connection that remains. You do not have to complete every page. You can write, pause, skip a section, return later or simply leave a page untouched. Your grief does not have to perform here.

Inside Holding Grief

The journal moves gently through eight spaces:

Begin Here | There Is No Right Way

Arrive as you are, without needing to know what grief should look like.

What I Am Carrying | Meeting My Grief Today

Notice what is present without needing to analyse or change it.

You Were Here | Remembering the Person I Love

Make room for memories, ordinary moments and the person you knew.

Things Left Unsaid | Making Space for What Remains

A gentle place for words, questions and things that may still be unfinished.

Life Has Changed | Finding My Feet in a Life That Feels Different

Notice the ways loss may have changed everyday life, relationships and routines.

Caring for Me | What Do I Need Today?

Explore what support, rest, care or space might look like today.

Love Continues | Carrying Connection Forward

Make room for the connection that can remain alongside absence.

For the Days Ahead | Living, Loving and Carrying What Matters

Not an ending. Simply more space for grief and life to continue alongside each other.

This journal may be for you if...

Someone important to you has died and you would like a quiet space to reflect, remember and simply be with what you are carrying.

That person may have been a partner, spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, friend, colleague, mentor, neighbour or someone whose place in your life does not fit neatly into a title. The importance of a relationship is not measured only by family ties. Your relationship mattered. Your grief has room here too.

A gentle note about support

Holding Grief is a reflective companion and does not replace counselling, therapy, medical care or other professional support. At different times, support may come from trusted people, family, community, faith, counselling, therapy, grief support or another appropriate source of care.

Coaching may also offer reflective support as you navigate change, reconnect with yourself and consider how you want to live alongside your loss. It is not a substitute for therapeutic or clinical grief care. You do not have to carry everything alone.

Digital product note
