Written scope confirmation follows discovery and must be accepted before production and launch planning proceed.
The project clock begins only after payment, complete intake, usable materials, discovery, and written scope confirmation. Incomplete intake may delay the project or cause an appointment to be moved.
Standard scope: one topic, one organization, one primary worksite, English and Spanish, and an approximately 30-day campaign. Additional locations, topics, languages, onsite facilitation, technical procedure development, accelerated schedules, or additional meetings require a change order or separate proposal.
