Splinterpoint (lever or pedal harp, mid intermediate)

Splinterpoint expands on thematic material first introduced in my earlier work Dystopia, with a brief quotation from my original composition Snowfall, featuring tones from standard harp to shimmer to distortion.

As the title suggests, it plays on the moment where something breaks or divides - tension that finally snaps and transforms into something new.

Can be performed on acoustic harp, but if you'd like to use effects pedals, you'll want a fuzz, tremolo, and shimmer pedal (or a multi-effects pedal that can toggle between all).
