Bodyweight Static HIT Workouts

Excellent guide for those that dislike training in commercial gym settings, like myself. I often travel and many of the workouts contained in the book are perfect for me. Great work John!

HITs the way

I used Drew Baye's Project:Kratos during Covid lockdiwn. Through that style of bodyweight HIT training, I came across John Metcalfe: watch his hotel TSC/isometric workout on YouTube, and his workout under Steve Maxwell's supervising the Greek sun. He has published before, but this is the magnum opus; a comprehensive tome on HIT. Honestly, if you don't want to go to the gym, you don't have a lot of time, this should be your Holy Grail: get it; get strong and healthy.
