Producer retains full ownership of the instrumental.

2. Allowed Usage

• Up to 500,000 streams
• 1 music video
• Unlimited live shows
• Social media promo allowed (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.)

3. Not Allowed

• You may NOT claim the beat as your own.
• You may NOT resell, lease, or distribute the beat as an instrumental.
• No Content ID registration of the beat.

4. Credit

You must credit: “Produced by DTD STUDIOZ.”

5. Modifications

Minor edits are allowed, but ownership of the beat stays with the producer.

6. Exclusive Rights

Exclusive rights are NOT included.
